A blend of hand-harvested Syrah, Cinsaut, Mourvèdre and Grenache, this is one of the best rosés in France.
This wine has won several gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris and awards at the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon.
Its pale, limpid colour is bright and elegant. The nose is intense, dominated by raspberry and pêche de vigne. The palate is generous and complex, ending with a burst of mild spices that lasts surprisingly long.
Our rosé is vinified with great care and does not give headaches.
It should be drunk within three years, not too cold, to accompany Provençal fare at any stage from the aperitif to the dessert.
It also goes well all year round with spicy North African dishes and Chinese, Indian or Caribbean cuisine. It chimes exquisitely with goat cheese.
